Sexocorporel forms the foundation of my work: a holistic, body-centered approach that connects body and psyche. Because sexuality doesn't arise in the mind alone. It is shaped by what you perceive in your body, by your emotions, by formative experiences and beliefs, and by how you relate to others.
At the center is perception: becoming more consciously aware of your own experience in the body. What shows up in me when my partner seeks closeness? What do I do with my body when I'm aroused? Where do I feel it when something doesn't feel right? It's this understanding through perception that makes change possible, not just talking about it.
Once this space is open, what lies beneath usually becomes visible too: emotions that have had little room so far, formative experiences, your self-worth, or the dynamics in a relationship. Sexuality is often the entry point, but rarely the only topic. This way, you can discover what you'd like to let go of, keep, or change in your sexuality.
In our sessions, we work through conversation, but also with body, breath, and awareness exercises. These help you feel your experience more directly. All exercises are done fully clothed and without physical touch. You decide what feels right for you. There is no right and no wrong.
The goal is connection. With yourself, with your body, with what you truly want.
